1. How does the program run, and how are the courses covered?

• Students will be taught in modules, with Qur’an included in every module.
 Each module runs for approximately 4-6 weeks and follows this schedule:

• Hour 1: Qur’an
 • Hour 2: Sīrah (or another subject)

• Once a module is completed, students will move on to the next module - always continuing Qur’an studies alongside the new subject.

2. Can I join only specific modules or take a break between modules?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Students have the flexibility to enroll in specific modules or take breaks between modules if needed. Tuition is charged on a monthly basis, and you will not be charged for the months you choose not to attend.

3. Will there be any quizzes/assessments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. As this is a serious program, short quizzes and assessments will be conducted at the end of the modules to ensure understanding and retention of the material.

4. What is the attendance policy?

Accepted Answer

As students of knowledge, students are expected to maintain at least 80% attendance per module to remain enrolled in the module and to be eligible for the certificate of completion.

5. What course material will be provided?

• Students will receive printed workbooks, along with any relevant slides or printouts used during the course.
 • A one-time course material fee of $15 is charged for all course books.

6. What is the Ramadan schedule?

Accepted Answer

• Since classes take place on Friday evenings close to Maghrib, there will be no classes during Ramadan.
 • Instead students are encouraged to join our Ramadan Programs like Dawra Quran for brothers & sisters.

7. What is the tuition and refund policy?

• No refunds during statutory holidays, program breaks, or personal vacations
 • To withdraw, please email info@alfathinstitute.com ()at least 15 days prior to the end of a module/start of the next module.
 • If payment has already been processed, refunds will not be issued for the current month; withdrawal will take effect the following month.
